Open the Facebook app or website
Tap or click your profile picture
Go to Settings and privacy
Open Settings
Select Privacy Center or Accounts Center
Look for Meta AI, AI features, or Assistant settings
Turn off any available AI or Meta AI options
Disable AI chat suggestions if shown
Turn off personalized AI features if available
Review notification settings and mute Meta AI notifications
Clear or delete Meta AI chat history if needed
Update the app if the option is not visible
Check Facebook Help Center if no off switch is available
