Press Ctrl + Windows key + Enter
Press Windows key + Ctrl + N
Go to Settings > Accessibility > Narrator and turn Narrator off
Use the Quick Settings or Accessibility shortcut if available
On the sign-in screen, select the Ease of Access icon and turn Narrator off
