Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions
Enter your Screen Time passcode
Turn off Content & Privacy Restrictions
If needed, tap Allowed Apps and turn on the apps you want
If needed, tap Content Restrictions and adjust the settings you want
If the passcode is unknown, use Apple ID recovery or contact the device owner or Apple Support
