Right-click on the desktop
Select Personalize or Display settings
Click Background or Wallpaper
Choose Picture, Solid color, or Slideshow
Select an image from the available options
Click Browse if you want to use a custom image
Choose the wallpaper file from your device
Click Apply or Save changes
Close the settings window
Right-click the image file and select Set as desktop background if available
