Open Settings
Tap Screen Time
Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions
Turn off Content & Privacy Restrictions
Enter your Screen Time passcode if prompted
If needed, tap Turn Off Screen Time and enter the passcode
If restrictions are managed by Family Sharing, ask the family organizer to change them
If restrictions are set by a school or workplace profile, remove the management profile in Settings > General > VPN & Device Management if allowed
