Restart the phone normally
Press and hold the Power button
Tap Restart or Reboot
If Restart is not available, turn the phone off
Wait a few seconds
Turn the phone back on
Remove any stuck volume buttons
Check the volume up and volume down buttons
Make sure no case is pressing a button
Uninstall recently added apps if Safe Mode returns
Check for system updates
If needed, back up data and perform a factory reset
