Connect the Android phone to the computer with a USB cable
Unlock the phone
On the phone, tap the USB notification
Select File Transfer or MTP
On the computer, open File Explorer on Windows or Finder/Android File Transfer on Mac
Open the phone storage
Go to the DCIM or Pictures folder
Copy the pictures to a folder on the computer
Disconnect the phone safely
Use Google Photos or another cloud app if you want wireless transfer
Upload the pictures from the phone
Download the pictures on the computer
Use Bluetooth if both devices support it
Pair the phone and computer
Send the pictures from the phone to the computer
Use a memory card and card reader if the photos are stored on the SD card
Remove the card from the phone
Insert it into the card reader
Copy the pictures to the computer
