Open the Phone app
Tap the keypad or dialer
Dial your carrier’s voicemail access number or press and hold 1
Follow the voicemail menu prompts
Choose the option for password or PIN settings
Enter your current voicemail password if prompted
Enter a new voicemail password or PIN
Confirm the new password or PIN
Save the changes
If you cannot access voicemail settings, contact your mobile carrier’s support to reset it
