Open the Sony Headphones Connect app
Select your WH-1000XM4 headphones
Go to the Sound tab
Tap Speak-to-Chat
Turn Speak-to-Chat off
On the headphones, place two fingers on the touch sensor to toggle Speak-to-Chat off if enabled
If needed, reset the headphones or update the app and firmware
