Contact the device owner or the person who set up the account on the device
Sign in to the same Apple ID / Google account that enabled the protection
Use the official “Find My” (Apple) or “Find My Device” (Google) options to remove the device from the account
Remove the device from the account in the relevant account settings (Apple ID or Google account)
Complete any required identity verification steps in the official settings flow
If you are the rightful owner but no longer have access to the account, recover the account using the official account recovery process
After account recovery, sign in again and remove the device from the account via official tools
If you cannot recover access, contact the device manufacturer or your mobile carrier using official support channels
Do not attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent the protection through unofficial methods or third-party tools
