Start playing the movie or show
Open the playback controls
Select the Audio and Subtitles icon
Choose Off for subtitles
If Off is not available, select None or the empty subtitle option
On a TV, use the remote to open the subtitle or speech bubble menu and turn subtitles off
On mobile or tablet, tap the screen, open the subtitles menu, and turn them off
On a web browser, click the subtitles icon in the player and disable subtitles
Repeat the steps for each title if subtitles turn back on automatically
