Make sure the laptop is charged or plugged into power
Open the laptop lid
Locate the power button
Press the power button once
Wait for the Windows logo or startup screen to appear
If the laptop does not turn on, hold the power button for 10 to 15 seconds, then press it again
If it still does not turn on, check the charger and battery connection
