Open WhatsApp
Go to the chat with the reported contact
Tap the contact name or number at the top
Scroll down and tap Block
Unblock the contact if needed
Delete the chat if you want to remove the report-related conversation from your device
If you reported the contact by mistake, contact WhatsApp Support and explain the issue
If the report led to account restrictions, wait for WhatsApp’s review or appeal through Support
