Open Facebook and go to your profile
Tap the three dots on your profile
Select Activity log
Tap Logged actions and other activity
Choose Hidden from profile or Archive, depending on where the post was hidden
Find the post you want to unhide
Tap the three dots next to the post
Select Show on profile or Restore to profile
Confirm the action if prompted
Check your profile to make sure the post is visible again
