Open Instagram and go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Tap Settings and privacy
Tap Accounts Center
Tap Accounts
Select the Facebook account
Tap Remove from Accounts Center
Confirm the removal
If needed, open Facebook and go to Settings and privacy
Tap Accounts Center
Check that Instagram is no longer linked
