Open the Instagram app
Go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Tap Accounts Center
Tap Accounts
Select the Facebook account
Tap Remove from Accounts Center
Confirm the removal
If needed, open Facebook
Go to Settings and privacy
Tap Settings
Open Accounts Center
Remove Instagram from the linked accounts
