Select the cell or range you want to unlock
Press Ctrl+1 to open Format Cells
Go to the Protection tab
Uncheck Locked
Click OK
If the worksheet is protected, go to the Review tab
Click Unprotect Sheet
Enter the password if prompted
Save the workbook
Select the cell or range you want to unlock
