Open the Cricket Unlock app on the device
Follow the on-screen unlock steps

Restart the phone after the unlock completes
If the app is not available, contact Cricket Customer Support
Request a manual unlock
Provide the phone number, IMEI, and account details
Wait for Cricket to approve the unlock request
Insert a compatible SIM card from another carrier after unlocking
Test calling, texting, and data with the new SIM card
