Press Fn + Esc to toggle the keyboard lock
Press Fn + F6, Fn + F8, or the key with a keyboard icon
Restart the laptop
Check if Num Lock or Filter Keys is enabled and turn it off

Uninstall and reinstall the keyboard driver
Run Windows Update
Connect an external keyboard to test input
Check Lenovo Vantage for keyboard settings
Perform a hard reset by powering off, unplugging, and holding the power button for 15 seconds
