Open Facebook and go to the person’s profile
If you poked them, tap or click the three-dot menu on their profile
Select the option to remove or undo the poke if it appears
If no undo option appears, you cannot unpoke them directly
In that case, wait for the poke to expire or ask the person to ignore it
