Open Facebook and go to your profile
Tap or click Friends
Select Followers or Friends
Find the follower you want to remove
Open their profile or use the three-dot menu next to their name
Choose Block to remove them from following you
If you only want to limit what they see, change your privacy settings
On mobile, go to Settings and privacy
Open Settings
Go to Audience and visibility
Select Followers and public content
Adjust who can follow you or see your public posts
On desktop, go to Settings and privacy
Open Settings
Select Public posts
Change the audience or follower settings
If the person is a friend, unfriend them to stop them from following your public updates
If needed, block and unblock them to fully reset follower access
