Open Facebook and go to your group
Click or tap the group name
Select Members
Remove all members except yourself
Leave the group if you want to delete it from your view
If you are the only remaining member, delete the group by leaving it
If you want to stop activity without deleting it, change the group privacy and posting settings
Turn off approvals, posting permissions, and notifications as needed
