Fill a bathtub, sink, or large basin with lukewarm water
Add a small amount of hair conditioner or baby shampoo
Soak the jeans for 20 to 30 minutes
Remove the jeans and gently squeeze out excess water
Lay the jeans flat on a towel
Roll the towel with the jeans inside to absorb more water
Put the jeans on while slightly damp
Gently stretch the waistband, thighs, and legs by hand
Walk, squat, and move around to help reshape them
Use your hands to pull the fabric outward in the areas that shrank most
Let the jeans air dry while wearing them or while stretched flat
Repeat the process if needed
Wash jeans in cold water and air dry in the future to help prevent shrinking
