Go to the Amazon Music website or app
Sign in to your Amazon account
Open Account Settings or Memberships and Subscriptions
Select Amazon Music Unlimited or your active Amazon Music plan
Choose Cancel Subscription or End Membership
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm cancellation
Check for a confirmation message or email
If subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel through that store’s subscription settings
