Put your AirPods Pro 2 in their charging case
Connect the charging case to power
Keep the AirPods near your iPhone, iPad, or Mac
Make sure the device is connected to Wi-Fi
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on
Keep the AirPods in the case and the case closed
Wait for the update to install automatically
Leave them connected to power for at least 30 minutes
Check the firmware version on your device if needed
Repeat the process later if the update has not installed yet
