Check your exact MSI motherboard or laptop model
Download the correct BIOS file from the official MSI support page
Extract the downloaded BIOS file if it is compressed
Copy the BIOS file to a USB flash drive formatted as FAT32
Restart the system and enter BIOS by pressing Delete or F2
Open M-Flash in the BIOS menu
Select the BIOS file from the USB drive
Confirm the update and wait until it finishes
Do not turn off the power during the update
Let the system restart automatically after the update
Enter BIOS again and load optimized defaults if needed
Save changes and reboot into Windows
Verify the BIOS version in BIOS or system information
