Check for and install additional Dell updates
Visit the Dell Support website if needed
Enter the laptop service tag
Download the latest drivers, BIOS, and firmware
Install updates one by one
Restart the laptop after each required update
Verify updates are complete in Windows Update and Dell SupportAssist
