Back up important files
Check that your PC meets Windows 11 system requirements
Open Settings
Go to Update & Security
Select Windows Update
Click Check for updates
Download and install the Windows 11 upgrade if offered
If not offered, use the Windows 11 Installation Assistant from Microsoft
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the upgrade
Restart your PC when prompted
Confirm that Windows 11 is installed by opening Settings and checking System > About
