Log in to your FASTag issuer’s customer portal or mobile app
Go to the KYC update or profile section
Select the option to update KYC details
Upload the required documents such as ID proof, address proof, and vehicle RC
Enter or verify your personal details, vehicle details, and registered mobile number
Submit the KYC request
Complete OTP or video verification if prompted
Wait for the issuer to review and approve the documents
Check the portal or app for KYC status updates
Contact customer support if the KYC update is not processed or if documents are rejected
