Check your exact MSI motherboard model and current BIOS version
Download the latest BIOS file from the official MSI support page for your motherboard
Extract the downloaded BIOS file if it is compressed
Format a USB drive to FAT32
Copy the BIOS file to the root directory of the USB drive
Restart the PC and enter the BIOS by pressing Delete during startup
Use M-FLASH in the BIOS menu
Select the BIOS file on the USB drive
Confirm the update and wait for the process to finish
Do not turn off the PC or remove power during the update
Let the system reboot automatically after the update
Enter BIOS again after reboot and load optimized defaults if needed
Save changes and exit BIOS
Reinstall any custom BIOS settings if necessary
