Open the Settings app
Tap Mail
Tap Accounts
Select the email account you want to update
Tap Account again if needed
Enter the new password in the Password field
Tap Done or Save
If prompted, sign in again with the new password
Open the Mail app to confirm the account is working
If the password field is not available, delete the account and add it again with the new password
