Check that your phone supports 5G
Update your phone software to the latest version
Make sure your Jio SIM is 4G/5G compatible
Keep your Jio plan active and eligible for 5G access
Go to Settings on your phone
Open Mobile Network or SIM Settings
Select your Jio SIM
Turn on 5G or Preferred Network Type
Choose 5G/4G/3G/2G Auto or 5G Auto
Restart your phone
Move to an area with Jio 5G coverage
Check for the 5G signal icon on your phone
If 5G does not appear, contact Jio support or visit a Jio store
