Run the Media Creation Tool
Select Accept
Choose Upgrade this PC now
Wait for Windows 10 to download
Keep the option to keep personal files and apps if available
Follow the on-screen prompts
Let the installation complete and restart when prompted
Sign in to Windows 10 after setup finishes
Run Windows Update to install the latest updates
Install any missing drivers and software
Activate Windows 10 if needed
