Download and install 7-Zip from the official website
Open 7-Zip File Manager
Navigate to the file or folder you want to compress or extract
Select the file or folder
To create an archive, click Add
Choose the archive format, compression level, and other settings
Click OK to create the archive
To extract an archive, select the archive file
Click Extract
Choose the destination folder
Click OK to extract the files
Right-click a file or folder in File Explorer
Use the 7-Zip context menu to compress or extract quickly
To add files to an existing archive, open the archive and use Add
To test an archive, select it and click Test
To view archive contents, open the archive in 7-Zip File Manager
To split an archive, set the volume size in the Add dialog
To create a password-protected archive, enter a password in the encryption settings
To change archive format, select the desired format in the Add dialog
To delete files from an archive, open the archive and remove the selected items
To copy or move files, use the context menu or drag and drop in File Manager
