Cleanse your face and hands
Apply a facial oil or serum for slip
Hold the gua sha tool flat against the skin
Start at the neck and move upward
Use light to medium pressure
Stroke from the center of the face outward
Glide along the jawline toward the ear
Sweep from the nose across the cheeks
Move from the brow area toward the temples
Gently stroke under the eyes with very light pressure
Work from the chin up toward the ears
Repeat each stroke several times
Keep movements slow and controlled
Clean the tool after each use
Use daily or a few times per week
