Fill the reservoir with lukewarm water
Insert the tip firmly into the handle
Select the lowest pressure setting to start
Lean over the sink and keep your mouth slightly closed
Place the tip in your mouth before turning it on
Aim the tip at a 90-degree angle to the gumline
Turn the unit on
Follow the gumline slowly, pausing briefly between teeth
Let water flow out of your mouth into the sink
Turn the unit off before removing the tip from your mouth
Empty the reservoir after use
Rinse and dry the reservoir and tip
Use once daily or as directed by your dentist
