Apply a thin, even layer to your face
Avoid the eye area, lips, and broken skin
Let it absorb fully before going to bed
Leave it on overnight
Rinse it off with lukewarm water in the morning
Follow with your regular moisturizer if needed
Use it 2 to 3 times a week or as tolerated
