Fill the water reservoir
Turn on the machine and let it heat up
Grind coffee beans to a fine espresso grind
Place the portafilter on a scale and add the desired dose of coffee
Distribute the grounds evenly
Tamp the coffee firmly and level
Lock the portafilter into the group head
Place a cup under the spouts
Start the extraction
Stop the shot at the desired yield or time
Steam milk if needed
Clean the portafilter, basket, and drip tray
Purge and wipe the steam wand after use
Turn off the machine when finished
