Open Settings
Tap Personal Hotspot
Turn on Allow Others to Join
Set or note the Wi-Fi password
On the other device, open Wi-Fi settings
Select your iPhone from the list of networks
Enter the password if prompted
Keep Cellular Data turned on
Keep Personal Hotspot enabled while using it
Turn off Personal Hotspot when finished to save battery
