How To Use Apple Notes?

Open Apple Notes

Tap New Note

Enter a title (optional)

Type your note content

Tap the camera icon to add a photo or scan a document

Tap the drawing icon to draw or write in the note

Highlight text and use formatting options (bold, italic, lists)

Add a checklist by typing a line and tapping the checkbox option

Use the share button to share the note or collaborate

Tap the folder icon to move the note to a folder

Swipe left on a note to archive or delete (if available)

Add tags by typing a tag and selecting from suggestions

Search notes using the search bar

Pin important notes

Use folders to organize notes

Create a folder (if available) and move notes into it

Use iCloud folders to sync across devices (if enabled)

Create a locked note (if available) and set up a password or Face ID

Set up a note in a specific account (e.g., iCloud, On My iPhone) by selecting the account when creating or moving

Import notes from another app or service using the share/import options (if available)

Manage attachments by tapping the attachment to preview or edit (when supported)

Delete notes from the Recently Deleted folder after the retention period (or manually if available)
