Open your phone’s Settings
Tap Network & Internet, Connections, or Mobile Data
Tap Hotspot & Tethering, Personal Hotspot, or Mobile Hotspot
Turn on Mobile Hotspot or Personal Hotspot
Set a hotspot name and password if needed
On the other device, open Wi-Fi settings
Select your phone’s hotspot name
Enter the password
Connect and start using the internet
Turn off the hotspot when you are done to save battery and data
