Wash your hands
Remove the pad from its wrapper
Peel off the backing paper
Stick the adhesive side to the center of your underwear
Make sure the pad is flat and secure
Pull your underwear up and check the fit
Change the pad every 4 to 6 hours, or sooner if needed
Wrap used pads in tissue or the wrapper
Throw used pads in a trash bin
Wash your hands after changing the pad
