Choose a template or select Blank Presentation

Add a title to the first slide

Create a new slide (Home → New Slide)

Select a slide layout (Title and Content, Title Only, Two Content, etc.)

Add text to placeholders by clicking and typing

Insert images (Insert → Pictures)

Insert icons (Insert → Icons)

Add charts (Insert → Chart)

Add tables (Insert → Table)

Insert shapes (Insert → Shapes)

Add SmartArt (Insert → SmartArt)

Add videos or audio (Insert → Video or Audio)

Apply a design theme (Design → Themes)

Customize theme colors and fonts (Design → Variants / Fonts)

Use transitions (Transitions → Transition to This Slide)

Set transition timing (Transitions → Effect Options / Timing)

Use animations (Animations → Add Animation)

Arrange animation order (Animations → Reorder)

Add presenter notes (View → Notes)

Check spelling (Review → Spelling)

Save the presentation (File → Save As)

Run a slideshow (Slide Show → From Beginning or From Current Slide)

Record a presentation (Slide Show → Record)

Export to PDF (File → Export → Create PDF/XPS)

Share or collaborate (File → Share)
