Connect the printer to power
Turn on the printer
Install ink or toner if needed
Load paper into the paper tray
Connect the printer to your computer or Wi-Fi
Install the printer driver or app
Open the document or file you want to print
Select Print from the menu
Choose the correct printer
Set print options if needed
Click Print
Collect the printed pages from the output tray
Turn off the printer when finished if desired
