Wash your hands before handling the sanitary napkin
Remove the napkin from its wrapper
Peel off the adhesive backing
Place the sticky side on the center of your underwear
Press it firmly to secure it
If the napkin has wings, fold them around the sides of your underwear
Change the napkin every 4 to 6 hours or sooner if it feels wet
Wrap the used napkin in paper or the wrapper before disposing of it in a trash bin
Do not flush the napkin down the toilet
