Open Adobe Illustrator
Go to File > Open and select your image
Select the image with the Selection Tool
Open the Image Trace panel from Window > Image Trace
Choose a preset such as Black and White Logo, High Fidelity Photo, or Low Fidelity Photo
Adjust the Image Trace settings as needed
Click Trace
Click Expand in the top control bar
Ungroup the vector artwork if needed
Edit the vector paths, anchors, and colors with Illustrator tools
Save the file as AI, SVG, EPS, or PDF
