Open the Apple ID account page at https://appleid.apple.com/
Sign in with your Apple Account email and password
Enter the verification code sent to your trusted device or trusted phone number
Check your email inbox for any Apple verification message
Open the message and follow the verification link if provided
On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings
Tap your name
Tap Password & Security
Tap Get Verification Code if needed
Enter the verification code on the sign-in screen
If you do not receive a code, tap Didn’t get a code?
Choose to resend the code or use another trusted device
Make sure your trusted phone number is correct
Update your trusted device or phone number if necessary
If prompted, complete two-factor authentication setup
If your account is locked or disabled, follow the on-screen recovery steps
Contact Apple Support if verification still fails
