Open Settings
Tap your name at the top
Tap Sign-In & Security
Tap Change Password
Enter your iPhone passcode
Enter a new Apple ID password
Confirm the new password
Tap Change or Done
If prompted, follow the on-screen verification steps
If you forgot your iPhone passcode, use account recovery at iforgot.apple.com
If you cannot access your trusted device, use the Apple ID account recovery process
