Open Gmail on your computer or mobile device
In the search bar, type `in:all` to view all mail, including archived emails
To find only archived emails, type `-in:inbox` in the search bar
Combine search terms with `-in:inbox` to narrow results, such as sender name, subject, or keyword
Click or tap the archived email to open it
On desktop, use the left menu and click More if needed to access All Mail
In All Mail, look for emails without the Inbox label
