Find your polling station and voting date on the Election Commission of India website or voter card details
Carry a valid photo ID accepted at the polling booth
Go to the polling station during voting hours
Tell the polling officials your name and provide your ID if asked
Receive the ballot or use the EVM/VVPAT process as instructed
Press the button next to the BJP symbol on the EVM if you want to vote for BJP
Confirm the VVPAT slip shows the correct selection
Leave the polling booth after voting
Do not show or share your vote with anyone at the polling station
